Welcome to Pin2mate. We built this tool to solve a very specific problem for designers, art directors, and creatives: getting your own saved reference videos off the internet and onto your hard drive without relying on messy screen recordings.

To keep this service free, safe, and running smoothly, we have to lay down some ground rules. Please read this carefully.

1. We Are a Personal Utility, Not a Piracy Tool

Pin2mate is designed strictly for personal, offline use. We built this so you can pull raw MP4s and images for your personal mood boards, offline Notion databases, or internal client reference decks.

What you CANNOT do: You may not use Pin2mate to download other creators' hard work for the purpose of reposting it, claiming it as your own, or using it in commercial projects without their explicit permission. If your goal is to steal content and re-upload it to other social media platforms, this is the wrong tool for you. We strictly prohibit copyright infringement.

2. We Do Not Host Any Content

Pin2mate acts simply as a technical bridge. We do not host, store, cache, or save any of the videos, images, or GIFs that you download on our servers. When you paste a link into our site, our tool simply locates the public file on the host's servers and hands it directly to your browser.

Because we don't host the files, we cannot delete them. If you are a copyright owner and want a video removed from the internet, you must issue a DMCA takedown directly to the platform hosting the original file.

3. User Responsibility

By using Pin2mate, you accept full responsibility for what you download. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, permission, or fair-use justification to download and use any media. Pin2mate.com and its creators assume zero liability for how users choose to utilize the downloaded files.

4. We Are 100% Independent

Let's make this crystal clear: Pin2mate.com is an independent, third-party project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Pinterest, Inc. in any way, shape, or form.

"Pinterest" and its associated logos are registered trademarks of Pinterest, Inc. We only use the name for reference purposes so you know which platform our tool is built to support.

5. Outbound Links and Third Parties

You might see ads or outbound links on our site (server costs aren't free!). While we try to keep things clean and safe, we don't control external websites. Once you click a link and leave Pin2mate, you are subject to that website's own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for what happens on external platforms.

6. Your Agreement
