By using Pin2mate, you agree that you will not use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- To download content that promotes violence, hate speech, terrorism, or illegal acts.
- To attempt to bypass any security features, DRM (Digital Rights Management), or access controls put in place by original content creators or hosting platforms.
- To deploy automated scraping scripts, bots, or excessive bulk-downloading tools that put an unreasonable load on our server infrastructure.
- To transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block access to the Service for any IP address or user found violating these Acceptable Use guidelines.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pin2mate, its developers, or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pin2mate's website, even if Pin2mate or a Pin2mate authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because Pin2mate functions solely as a search and transit utility and does not host or store any media on its servers, we cannot delete content from the internet. If you are a copyright owner and wish to have your content removed, you must contact the platform where the content is actually hosted (e.g., Pinterest).
However, we are committed to stopping abuse of our tool. If you believe your copyrighted work is being repeatedly abused via our Service, please contact us immediately with a formal takedown notice containing the specific URLs, and we will permanently blacklist those URLs from being processed by our tool.
7. Third-Party Links and Advertising
